The landscaping and earthworks team have made an incredible start at Tapuae, and it's amazing to see just how much has already been cleared. Every stage is revealing more of the site, opening up the space and bringing the vision for this home to life.

It's always exciting to see a project move from plans on paper to real progress on site.

Our Norfolk Road client has officially chosen their benchtop... and wow, what a showstopper.

This selection is going to make such a statement and tie the whole space together beautifully. We can't wait to see it installed and watch this kitchen come to life.

The team at Tapuae, led by Braden, are making great progress on the decking, with over 80% now complete.

The Ekodeck is looking fantastic against the brickwork and roof colours, tying everything together beautifully. Once the planting goes into the recessed sections of the deck, it will really enhance the connection between the home and its incredible surroundings.

With sweeping views of the hills, the mountain, and the sea, this outdoor space is going to be something truly special. We can't wait to see the finished result!

Matt and boys were working hard to get everything ready so the roof could go on before the cold snap came at Norfolk Road. They did it just in time before the big snow dumping over the weekend (photos with roof on to come).

240m² of Eco Decking and counting.

Braden and his crew have started the framing for the new decks wrapping around our Tapuae build, creating incredible outdoor living spaces that connect seamlessly with the home and its surroundings.
It's always exciting when a project reaches the stage where you can start to appreciate how it will feel to live in, not just how it was built. This one is shaping up beautifully.

And can we take a moment for that reflection in the windows at dusk? The soft evening light, the mirrored sky, and those clean lines make for a pretty dreamy sight.
