Proud to deliver the Gilbert Stream Realignment, a complex project featuring a DN750 pipeline realignment, steep gully crossings, 13,000m³ of earthworks, and a 54m curved culvert installation. From full design through to construction and commissioning support, our team engineered every detail with precision and planning. Another example of P&P Engineering tackling challenging terrain with smart solutions.

Engineering in Remote Places, Precision Meets Practicality.

This project takes us to a remote island in the Pacific, where challenging logistics meet cutting-edge design. Using high-resolution 3D laser scanning, we captured the existing site with millimetre accuracy, giving us a solid foundation to overlay new pipework, supports, and access platforms.
The result? A seamless integration of old and new, designed for safety, efficiency, and long-term resilience.

From this 3D piping model, we’ve automated:
- Isometric spool drawings
- Material take-off (MTO)
- General arrangement and section drawings
