Are you an experienced LBP Builder with a passion for joinery — and ready to keep your feet on the ground? At TCM, we offer diverse, hands-on work in a safe, well-organized environment. If you take pride in your craft and want variety without the daily climb, we’d love to hear from you.
✅ What you’ll do:
Joinery and general building (residential + commercial)
Cabinetry, doors, windows, fittings
Leisure Swimming Pool Instillations and Landscaping
Tackle a variety of tasks across different sites
Collaborate with a multi-trade crew
Keep workspaces tidy, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
🎯 What you bring:
LBP certification
5+ years’ building/joinery experience
Great attention to detail and communication
Driver’s licence and a solid work ethic
A positive attitude and commitment to health & safety
