In New Zealand, we have a moisture problem. With outdoor relative humidity often sitting between 70% and 80% year-round, our traditional ‘draughty’ homes are essentially sponges for damp air. When the humid air hits a cold windows or a poorly insulated wall, it turns into the ‘crying windows’ and black mould that too many Kiwi families have to live with.
