The boys are cracking on with a new job. Sleep out conversion adding a bathroom and kitchen. Then with the main house Kwila Deck, Macrocarpa fences and Purple Heart pergola, all done and dusted before Christmas. Busy rush to finish off the year 🕺🏿🔨

Amazing effort by the lads on this one, 7am start on a Sunday come 4pm Monday we had gutted the thing installed a 8 meter I beam strapped and lined. Also solid effort by Ultraspan the steel fabricators. Went like a dream. More photos to come 🔨 @ Alexandra, New Zealand

BEFORE AND AFTER: Holly Road complete, on this job we knocked out a load bearing wall, placed a beam in the roof space for a seamless finish. A small factor that makes all the difference 🔨 @ Christchurch, New Zealand
