This place had a couple of areas that required a reclad, after the guys at Ironclad Group had finished replacing the roof.
This 1910 cottage has a cool bit of history, of it being shifted into its current position by horses and rollers, before it had a couple of small extensions added.

We’ve also been busy making this boundary fence. It’s about 30m long and finished with some minor earth works.

The before and after photos look quite similar, but a closer inspection shows that the shower was poorly installed, the wall obstructed it and water was leaking into the walls.

To fix this issue, we had to remove the shower and the bathroom wall, rebuild the wall 30mm further away, and then reinstall the shower in its original position. Although it was a bit intricate, the problem has been resolved, and now everyone can enjoy the peace of mind of a healthy home.
