In this fulltime position you will be responsible for;
*Customer service and account enquires- via phone, email or in person.
*Maintaining/ updating records for our vehicles/ plant maintenance schedules.
*Accounts payable and receivable.
*Payroll and processing PAYE.
*Purchasing from suppliers and coordinating deliveries.
*Human resources, Health n Safety and General Office Duties.

To be successful you will ideally need to have these skill/ attributes;
*Excellent communication and customer service skills with a fantastic phone manner.
*Accurate recording, attention to details and able to follow instructions.
*Tech Savvy- Preferably with experience in Microsoft Office Suite- (Outlook, Word, Excel) MYOB and Ace Payroll.
*Good problem solving skills.
*Time Management and organisation ability. Be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
*Honest, reliable, hardworking and friendly with good sense of humour.
*Ability to work as a team and unaccompanied .
* Current first aid training.

There are lots of truck and trailer units on the road these days. They are much bigger than cars and sometimes we may think that because they are bigger and higher they can see a lot more than us.

Don’t be fooled. Trucks have blind spots!

Many drivers, especially new drivers, pedestrians and cyclists may not know where these are, which could lead to a terrible accident. Here are some tips to help keep you all safe on the roads this summer.

Know the blind spots
Signal well in advance so vehicles are aware of what you intend to do.
Pay attention to truck brake signals and indicator lights
Be patient
Don’t follow too closely- give plenty of room
Do not drive on the right hand side, if the truck is turning right.
Overtake with care- Do not pull in to close or soon
Never walk or drive around a reversing truck. The blind spots may cause the driver to hit you without knowing.
