Here’s a wee job recently completed, repairing a worn out track pivot pin for a dozer. Now it’s back to new spec the track won’t wobble around.

Here’s a recent job we have done, repaired worn out holes on a 50T forestry harvester.
We have special tools to weld up and bore holes back to spec, either in the workshop or in position.
We also made new hard pins.

Another solid build rolling out of Bush Engineering!

Ramsay Earthmoving came to us wanting some dozer sweeps for this machine. We CAD designed these, cnc cut and folded the steel. These came out great and will protect his cab from rouge tree branches.

Need something lifted or shifted? Our 4x4 crane truck can lift 3000kg in close or 600kg at 12meters.

This is our CNC profile cutter, after drawing projects on the computer we can accurately and quickly cut all the parts we need for the job. The bed is 2.5m wide and 3.8m long meaning it can cut oversized sheets up to 32mm thick. After the parts are cut they can be folded to shape in our press brake.

Here’s a pipe laying attachment we made to effortlessly lay water pipe under ground with a digger. With this slim design the pipe enters infront of the hitch meaning the pipe slides through it easily. The slim design also allows use in hard ground.
