🌊 Beach House Build🏡
This stunning coastal home is really taking shape, featuring solid precast concrete elements designed to stand up to the coastal environment while delivering a clean, modern look.
From the strong structural walls to the sharp architectural lines, this project is all about combining durability with style.

And those elevated views… not a bad outlook to wake up to every day!

Great progress at our Cloverlea site! 👷‍♂️🚧
The team has the slab all formed up with reinforcing in place and ready for the floor pour. A lot of critical set-out work has been completed, including hold-downs, setting the project up for a strong start.
It’s always good to see this stage come together—now we’re getting ready for the next big step.

Big progress happening at our Main street site this week! 💪
The team at Concrete Manawatu has been hard at work installing precast concrete panels, with some serious lifting power on hand from to safely get everything into place. Awesome to see the structure starting to take shape and the project coming up out of the ground.
A huge shoutout to everyone involved 👷‍♂️🚧

Groundworks have officially kicked off at our Main Street site 👷‍♂️

Excavation is underway. Always great to see a new build move from plans into reality, we are looking forward to sharing the progress as things start to take shape.
