Recently completed project in Marton for TW Developments . X4 duplex houses , x8 units in total . All builds , civil works , landscaping and overall project management completed by Olympic Builders .
Thanks to all our great sub contractors on this project whom all worked in well together allowing us to hand this project over 7 weeks early to our Client . ( drone video to follow )

Recently completed Foxton Beach house for our client Lynne . With Lynne having a clear vision from the start we are extremely pleased to make it become a reality . Different products gave this house a beachy feel . Whitewashed ply raking ceiling throughout kitchen and dinings areas gives this home the wow factor .

Olympic work function last weekend.
Makoura lodge in Apiti . Great day out to celebrate Marks 10th year , Curtis finishing his apprenticeship last year , and sadly Carl moving on after 7 years . Clay bird shooting , human sheep dog trials and cocktail making . Weather abit dodgy but didn’t dampen a great day out .

Loaded and delivered !
2.4 x 3.6 recently completed sleepout built by Olympic Builders at our Palmy yard . This one is sold , we do have another identical one completed and for sale . Give Ron a ring if interested .

Completed today and handed over to very happy client . Beautiful home with great country lifestyle views . Thanks to all our subbies on this build and the Olympic crew .

Recently finished Olympic Home. A 3brm house and land package in Sanson . Congratulations to Kirsty and Jamie on purchasing their first home . Great exterior colours picked by the girls .

Finished !!

Super happy to have handed this home over now to our very happy clients

500m2 double home attached by a glass breezeway ....... so two of everything !!!

A challenging build due to material shortages , covid lock down and an extremely busy construction industry ...... but we got there .

A big thanks to all our sub contractors on this build , without your efforts we wouldn’t have got the desired results finished to a exceptional standard .
