Kitchens are the heart of the home 🤍
The first coffee of the day, after-school snacks, late-night chats, hosting friends, family dinners… it all happens here.
This recent build features some seriously stunning kitchen details ✨
From the Laminex Surround ‘Demi Round 40’ island front and pendant lighting designed to tie in with the exterior cladding and bring the outside in. Finished with Caesarstone 20mm engineered stone benchtops, vertically stacked splashback tiles, Quick-Step Eligna laminate flooring, and of course - the all-important walk-in pantry.

Two sides of the same build at our Jupiter site.
Outside, the JH linea weatherboard cladding is on.
Inside, it’s all about what you don’t see later… pink batts insulation in and GIB going up, locking in warmth, comfort, and that solid feel throughout the home.
It’s that cool stage where the exterior is turning heads, while inside the bones of the home are coming together just as strong.

Goodbye concrete floors - hello comfort.
We’ve just wrapped up flooring at our Thomson St build - timber laminate laid through the main areas for a hard-wearing, easy-care finish, and carpet down in the bedrooms to soften things up where it counts. With the kitchen and entertainment bar now in the mix, you can really see how it all ties together. The flooring sets the base, and suddenly those spaces feel ready to be lived in - morning coffees, evening drinks, and everything in between.
It’s one of those stages where the whole vibe shifts. The echo disappears, the space warms up, and suddenly you’re not walking through a site… you’re walking through a home.
