2 weeks after the turf turn we have a slab down 🥳 and a guaranteed finish date for our clients. How good!

Today was a pretty exciting milestone for this gorgeous young family as they officially turned the turf on their new home in Feilding!

I’ve had the pleasure of being alongside these guys through the design, pricing and selections of their new build, and it’s so exciting to see everything we’ve planned together now move into the next phase.

From here, they’re officially in the hands of our awesome Production Team, who will take our plans and all those carefully considered details and turn them into the home they’ve been dreaming of.

Did someone mention they want to be in by Christmas?!

It was an absolute pleasure to hand over this beautiful new home to our lovely clients.

Built on a rear section they subdivided, this project is a fantastic example of how creating equity and building your dream home can go hand in hand. They’ve already increased their equity and now have a beautiful brand new home for their family to enjoy for many years to come. 🥰

Friday feels a little sweeter when there’s plenty to celebrate! 🥂

🎉 A preliminary deposit received

Three exciting milestones, all in one day! These moments are always special, not just for our clients, but for our team too.

Behind every milestone is a group of passionate people working together to make it happen. It’s easy to roll straight into the next task, but today we took a moment to appreciate the wins, celebrate our clients, and give a well-deserved cheers to the team that makes it all possible.

Our clients wanted a home that felt classic but warm—timeless finishes, cosy tones, and spaces that will still look beautiful for years to come. Looking at everything laid out together, we’d say they’ve absolutely nailed the brief!

My favourite part of the entire building journey – handover day! 🏡✨

Today was a special one. These clients have created a truly beautiful bespoke home, built around their vision and lifestyle. After gathering inspiration from a recently completed home, I had the privilege of bringing their ideas to life from scratch, and then watching our incredible team execute it with care and expertise.

Fast forward to today, and we were able to hand over the keys and celebrate with a glass of wine on their perfectly positioned sun-soaked deck. 🍷☀️

There were definitely a few emotions in the air today. Seeing clients walk into the finished home they’ve dreamed about, planned, and invested so much into is incredibly rewarding.

Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do. Congratulations on your beautiful new home – it’s been a privilege to be part of the journey.

One of the things I love most about my job is the amazing people I get to meet and the relationships that form along the way.

This lovely couple first started their journey by visiting our show home - more than once - because they loved the quality and feel of our homes. From there, the relationship grew, and that connection became a big part of why they chose to build with Signature Homes.

This isn’t their first home or necessarily their forever home, but it will be their foreseeable future home. Together, we’re creating a home they can grow into over time while still being mindful of their budget and what matters most to them.

Building homes is about so much more than plans and pricing - it’s about people. And I’m incredibly excited to be part of this journey with them.

Today was about filling my own cup! One of the biggest takeaways from conference last week was the reminder that “you can’t pour from an empty cup.”

So this morning, before the busy week ahead, my husband and I tackled a half marathon together. It was challenging, rewarding, and exactly what I needed to reset and recharge.

Taking care of ourselves matters, because when we do, we can show up better for our families, our teams, and our clients.

Feeling grateful, re-energised, and ready to give my clients my all again this week!
