🎉 Happy Birthday Jacob! 🎉

Jacob’s a hard worker, a good bu**er and always up for a laugh!!
He’s grown into a bloody good chippie over the last few years, but it’s fair to say there have been a few entertaining moments along the way.

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll usually find him out on the rugby field or having a few beers with the boys 🍻🏉

We thought about putting together a little Jacob highlight reel for his birthday… but lucky for you, mate, we couldn’t find that Warriors game highlight from a couple of years back.. That one definitely deserved another run.. 🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♂️

And thanks for putting in for some birthday leave… obviously planning a very sensible and quiet birthday weekend 👀🍻😂

🏡 Kanuka Drive Update

Mel and Fi swapped the office for the building site last week and headed out to Kanuka Drive for a few quality checks 👀🔨

Safety first though, signed in and site-ready before the inspecting began! ✅

We’re loving the exterior palette , the natural warmth and texture of the vertical Abodo cladding creates a striking contrast against the smooth rendered plaster finish, giving the home a refined, contemporary feel.

Inside, the undercoat paint is going on and we’re getting ready for one of our favourite stages… the joinery install 😍

We won’t give too much away just yet, but there is some pretty awesome joinery going into this home! This is always one of the best stages for our clients, when all those selections, ideas and decisions they’ve made start coming together and they can really see their vision becoming their home.

Massive shout-out to all the tradies putting in the mahi and keeping everything moving. There are some very exciting weeks ahead at Kanuka Drive! 🙌
