The Iconic Curved House.

The spectacular shape of this house brings architectural interest and the beautiful modernist multi-curvature roof has the same dramatic effect giving it a unique identity.

This residence embodies the owner’s aesthetic, lifestyle and cultural influence.

This has been a tremendous project for our team and all those involved.

The High Ceiling foyer draws you into a truly Multi Purpose space with soaring High Ceilings. The large windows and doors with sleek Black Aluminium frames Emphasize the hight of this space and creates a natural Seemless Connection with the outdoors.

The Multi Mono Pitched 262sqm Architecturally Designed Home is nestled into the Tararua Ranges above Palmerston North. The home was Delibratly Designed to make the best possible use of the land and celebrated views of the Manawatu and beyond.

As you approach the Mono Pitched Home the Four Different Roof Levels create a captivating perspective not seen from the ground level.

The textured Shadowclad Plywood Board and Batten Exterior with Picture Framed Facings painted in Resene Black provide a beautiful, natural wood exterior that melds perfectly into its surrounding.

A feature that is not visible to the naked eye is the use of Eco Ply Barrier that has been used for Bracing, Blocking Air Flow and Preventing Air Pressure and Water Infiltrating the home as it is situated in an Extra High Wind Zone.
