Sovereign Drive - This balcony held some secrets. A few decades of water ingress through the plaster clad parapet handrails.
It’s basically relying on plaster and paint with no cap flashings. A poor design which was pretty common throughout the 90s & 2000s. Add in some direct stuck tiles over a butynol membrane and it’s destined to fail.
