Last week we spoke about how the real AI transformation is happening inside the operational backbone of business - where documents, data and workflows intersect.

One of the most common questions we’re asked is:
“Isn’t this just OCR?”
It’s a fair question.

Traditional OCR (Optical Character Recognition) has been around for decades.
It converts images into readable text.

Useful. But limited.
