The Workshop 1924

The Workshop 1924 Your one‑stop shop for heavy diesel, engineering, and fabrication since 1924. It has been part of the community for almost 100 years.

The Workshop 1924 was previously the Counties Power Workshop and prior to that the Franklin Electric Power Board workshop. John Deihl, the workshop manager, has been working for the workshop for over 40 years and there are two other members of the current staff that have been here for over 30 years. The Glasgow Road site is well equipped and the staff have the experience across a wide range of di

sciplines from making hardware for power companies to servicing a huge range of heavy diesel trucks and equipment.
