"You will oversee a drainage crew of 3 - 4 staff and have full autonomy of the drainage team's performance on site. You will be responsible for managing this team to ensure it effectively contributes towards the on-time delivery of work to a high standard, in accordance with the project schedule, and quality and safety objectives"
