Dan’s mum has been waiting patiently for us to have a free day 🫣 so while she was overseas we snuck in and gave her backyard a makeover with some Lifestyle Lawns - Artificial Grass NZ.

We prepared and compacted a new base, installed new timber edging, and laid Lifestyle artificial lawn to create a tidy, low maintenance outdoor space she can enjoy year round.

From a tired, patchy area to a fresh green lawn that looks great in every season … with no mowing, watering, or mud to worry about.

We’re pretty happy with how this one turned out.

Recently completed 10.5mx6m 3-bay pole shed in West Melton.

This shed is a great size for everyday lifestyle block use, with plenty of clearance for a small truck, horse float, vehicles, farm equipment, or horses!

Cladded in Flaxpod and built using SG8 planer gauge timber (not wet rough sawn) this one has come up looking super sharp 😎

It also included one concrete bay, giving the client the option to enclose it later and turn it into a tack room if needed.

A practical, tidy, good looking shed built for real Canterbury lifestyle block use.

What a fantastic run of weather we’ve been having lately… especially good for concrete!

Today we laid new paths and a patio area for Gav and Team Jannetta Arizto Real Estate Rolleston, and they turned out great.

Next up, we’ll be back to build a custom made front fence and sliding gate to finish the area off nicely 😎.

Great little transformation coming together.

A tidy little ANZAC Day install.

Sellwood attic stairs, flooring, painted trims, and easy access to that extra roof storage space.

We do a lot of attic stair installs with optional flooring, they’re a great option if you want safe access to your roof space for storage without climbing through the ceiling hatch like a possum.

Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! SBW took a few days off and headed down to the air show and now back into it 😎

10.5 x 6m 3 bay with 1 x concrete bay.
Multi-purpose setup with plans for a tack room, horse shelter and general storage.

Undercover storage for our clients side by side and small tractor

Crozier - Kirwee
Large 2 bay pole shed, with a slight change of plans of a full concrete floor going in tomorrow!

Good progress across the board ... more photos to come once these are wrapped up.
