Hope your spouting held up well during the winter weather...if not, you know who to call!

❄️ El Niño brought a bigger snow season than usual this year, and some roofs needed more support.

As the season winds down, it's worth checking whether yours was properly protected, snow hooks and snow straps do different jobs.

🏔️ Snow hooks sit on the roof itself, holding built-up snow in place so it doesn't slide off in one heavy, gutter-crushing mass.

🌨️ Snow straps reinforce your spouting brackets, so your spouting can handle the extra load when snow does let go.

FEATURES:
- Hooks into spouting bead
- Variety of colours to match your roof
- Can be retro-fitted
- Designed & manufactured in New Zealand
- Up to 12 year warranty
- Additional support for wind zones

Did your spouting hold up this winter? Tell us how it went 👇

📞 Noticed any damage or sagging? Call 0800 501 993, well ahead of next winter.

If your spouting is overflowing, some handy hints here!

What is going on? 🌧️

This is one of the most common questions we hear, and it usually comes down to one of three things:

1. Blocked downpipes
Leaves, debris and organic buildup can restrict water flow, causing water to back up and overflow from your spouting.

2. Undersized spouting
Many older homes have spouting systems that weren't designed for today's heavier rainfall events. During intense downpours, they simply can't keep up.

3. Poor downpipe placement
The location of your downpipes matters. If water can't exit the system efficiently, it can pool and overflow during heavy rain.

Overflowing spouting isn't just frustrating, repeated overflows can send water onto your fascia, exterior walls and around your home's foundations, potentially leading to costly damage over time.

🎁 Limited Time Offer: Get your residential spouting and downpipes installed by Continuous Group and receive a Flowmate Leaf Protection System on every downpipe installed, valued at up to $550 each, at no extra cost.

📞 If your spouting overflows every time it rains, give us a call on 0800 501 993 for a free, no-obligation assessment.
