This is a live in position for a single person or a couple, with a one bedroom flat available at a cost, but free electricity and Wifi and Sky TV. Hours of work will be 5-8pm five days a week with on call hours overnight if required. Additional hours may be available to the right applicant. You must be mature, honest, reliable, have an excellent front house manner with guests and if a couple then handy with repairs and maintenance.

Administrator - Reception/Accounts Payable Entry
A position is available 3-4 days per week for a person who has experience with Accounts Payable entry into Xero as well as using other computer programmes. Position is available from 10 August 20.
Hours of work would be 8-10am with some days being 2-5 pm. This would suit a mature person who is well presented, has excellent communication skills, can work unattended, who is honest and reliable. Days of work will vary and may include some weekend days.

A live In positiin is available for a Night Porter.
Any person applying must be well presented, honest, reliable and be prepared to work the hours required and start work on Monday 10 August 20.
Initially this person woul be required to work on reception from 5-8 pm five days per week as well as be available overnight for any emergencies that may arise. A one bedroom flat is provided at $250.00 per week and includes free Wifi and electricity. You may be required to work further hours yuh as and when required. This would ideally suit a mature person who can work unsupervised. This position may suit a couple who is prepared to job share 7 days per week and would also includrepairs, maintenance and gardening for a couple only.
