Heres another wee job we have just completed for a returning customer. We replaced the old timber back door on the house with a new alluminum one, this also needed to have a dog door installed for their dog Evie. We installed the door and Evie was loving it so much they asked us to put another one going into the games room outside. Now Evie is loving life; getting the comfort of the house throughout the day and then getting to hang out in the games room watching the Wahs in the weekend!

Here's a before and after of a bathroom we have updated. The whole house is currently being renovated; flooring will be installed throughout the house when all rooms are completed.

Before and After of our most recent job.. A small deck extension which we closed in and added a roof and then built a ramp and a new set of stairs

Currently we are doing a renovation down in Ashburton. Here is a wee sneek peek of the kitchen and living/dining area before we started and where we are currently at.. the painting is being started then we will install the kitchen. Watch this space to see it finished.

Each room in this house is having updated trim, flooring, new wardrobe sliders and new gib coving. Theres also a new deck that is at the framing stage ready for some new kwilia decking to be installed.

This week we have completed a wee bathroom freshen up. The owner asked us to come have a look at their shower as the liner was coming away from the wall. On further inspection we also noticed the shower tray was very creaky when you stood in the the shower. When we removed the shower we found the shower liner had been installed with silicone instead of shower liner glue and the shower tray had no glue on it at all, then to top it off the floor rebate for the shower waste had been filled with expanding foam instead of concrete! So we went to it and fixed these wee problems, we also installed a new shower and two new vanity units - end result was great and we have a very happy owner!
