Frame Manufacturer Required

We require a new staff member for our framing line. Among other duties this requires you to measure, cut and mark timber into framing components then construct into wall frames using a spida saw, framing machine and nail guns.
Requirements:
- You need to be physically fit and able to carry out manual labour tasks.
- Be reliable and self motivated.
- Be able to work well in a team environment.
- Have a willingness to learn and progress.
Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
Benefits:
- Full time work (40hrs) Mon-Thurs out of the elements in a dry workshop.

Frame and Truss Detailers

We are seeking a keen and reliable trainee detailer as well as an experienced detailer to join our team.

This role requires you to work from an architects and engineers plans to form the timber structure of a building using Mitek software.

The position is ideal for someone with previous design or building knowledge and is perfect for a builder that is wanting to put down the tools and redirect themself down another path in the industry. Or a young person that is interested in the building industry but not so much the physical aspect of building.
Some computer experience or willingness to learn is a must.

Duties include:
- Detailing frames and trusses for production.
- Producing roof designs for council consent and pricing.
- Assisting with estimates for quoting.
- Communicating with builders, architects, customers and work colleagues to produce an accurate and quality product.

Class 5 Driver/Hiab operator

We require a class 5 driver/hiab operator.
Among other duties you will be responsible for delivering frames and trusses from our yard based in Rotorua.

Requirements:
- Ideally you will hold a clean class 5 license.
- You will be required to work a 50-55 hour week from Mon-Fri.
- Be reliable and self motivated.
- Have a good awareness of health and safety requirements.
