A Few before, during and after photos from our Rotoiti renovation last year.

Although challenging for some its always nice adding modern features into these older homes whilst keeping a classic look and feel.

✅ New double glazing and insulation
✅ New plumbing and electrical
✅ Re pitch and re roof
✅ New concrete stairs and patio extension
✅ Tidying up sins of the past 🥴
✅ New tiled bathrooms and showers

Our country cottage job all wrapped up and ready for hand over, when Nicky came to us with a very run down and dated versitile sleepout she had one thing in mind to bring it into the 21st century with also keeping a country theme throughout, loving a challenge the boys made light work of carrying out a reroof and porch extension, re cladd and modern insulation, updated kitchen and bathroom, re claimed window swap out along with a full layout change to optimise as much of the view as possibe 👌😎

Nothing like some work at the coast over the summer.. Rolling down to opotiki 4 days before Christmas with the intention to get this deck smashed out for there guests to enjoy over the break, after some big days we were stoked to head home with the deck completed 🤙… stay tuned for updates as we work towards extending the roof line out to provide some much needed shade

A few before, during and after photos of one of our bigger projects on at the moment 1st stage of the reno completed with the majority of the wall framing done, pre clad installed and exterior joinery in place.. stay tuned for updates as we move forward with relocating the interior stair well, new cladding, joinery and re roof all to come in the near future

Renovations on this scale can be quite daunting for some but with the right tradies and proper planning in place its amazing how smoothly the progress will flow
