Tiny Home Update 🏡✨

This beauty is reaching its final stage of completion! Our client originally chose a Lined Stage Build—which also includes wall linings, electrics, plumbing, and insulation, but leaves the interior finishes, kitchen, and bathroom for them to complete.

However, they’ve decided to have us install and finish the bathroom for them—so they can move in sooner!

Today, we’re putting the final touches on the exterior, including all the flashings, so we’ll be ready for fit-off next week. Exciting times ahead!

Before Christmas, we completed this kitchen upgrade for a local Katikati client, focusing on smart improvements rather than a full rebuild.

The project involved replacing half of the existing benchtop, adding a new timber benchtop, retaining the stainless steel work surface, and installing new cabinetry to modernise the space while keeping it practical and cost-effective for their rental.

This is a great example of how targeted upgrades can deliver a fresh, functional kitchen without the expense of a full renovation.
