Dave Trigg - New Home Consultant Providing a stress-free journey from initial concept to handing over dream homes for over 9yrs. They’re incredibly committed to the business and the region.

Dave has a long history of service, having spent 26 years in the Royal New Zealand Navy having served in East Timor where he was involved in raising funds for a local orphanage. He has also participated in community projects in the Pacific Islands and worked with a committee to design and build a Community Center. Dave has a strong community spirit and served as the Nelson RSA Secretary for four

years and as a member of Vestry for the Richmond Anglican Parish. Dave believes in treating everyone with respect and loves travel learning about different cultures and history. What a beautiful day to celebrate Nelson Anniversary Day.
Debbie and I popped out to Lake Rotoiti to conduct a few of the short walks by the lake. A fantastic way to spend the day, what spectacular scenery. We are blessed with so many locations for walking and getting away from it all.
We relocated to Nelson 15 years ago and have never regretted a moment of it or looked back.

Duplex homes are attached homes which are great for investments, first home purchasers and those after a lock up and leave in retirement. This home has been well appointed with tiled shower in the ensuite and quality fixtures.
