Rural school drinking water systems have been improving with help from the NZ government. It takes time to change people's understanding "what is safe drinking water". Hopefully these will spread to other water situation (community, marae, individual household).

We are the first (and "only" at the moment) accredited drinking water testing laboratory in Far North. I am very excited.

It has been a long hard process to get to this stage- thanks to all the people who supported me.

Water treatment specialist company, FILTEC and Crown Infrastructure Partners have partnered to deliver safe, clean drinking water units to 120 rural communities across Aotearoa New Zealand over the next few years.

In 2017, Crown Infrastructure Partners (CIP) assessed that 90,000 rural households and businesses cannot access broadband speeds of at least 20 Mbps download. The RBI2 programme aims to reduce this number as much as possible.
