We completed this project a couple of months back, with the brief to add two extra bedrooms on the second storey above the kitchen and lounge below. With ample roof space to work with, we were able to extend out on either side of the apex, creating two comfortable double bedrooms—both enjoying fantastic views to top it off.

As with any build, it came with its challenges, but the end result was well worth it. Thank you to our amazing clients for trusting us with their home. Delivering great work for lovely people is always the cherry on top.

What an absolute privilege it has been to be a part of such an amazing unique project in Hamilton. I could not be prouder of our team and our part we played constructing the Pan Pacific Hub Community Centre/Fale. We stood the structure and framed the roof during one of the wettest Winters, hanging out of a harness for almost 3 months and the lads always had a smile on their faces and a ‘Chahoo’ at the ready. Thanks to all involved and our big brother Iline Construction for getting us onboard. We pride ourselves on delivering commercial and residential projects to the highest standard and this one is no exception.

This architecturally designed home makes the most of the incredible ocean views.

Foundations are underway for the lower slab, which requires 8m deep piles - cheers for your mahi and awesome digger skills on the side of this steep hill🤙🏻
