Kia Ora, here is some info before saying Good Bye on here,
I forgot to post it when things happened. ( I was more than a Year sick because of complete burn out....)

GB Toolbox supported the last Year 2024 SLC with Equipment for their Spring and Autumn Festival, inside and outside Games,
8 Beautiful Lanterns (USB charged) and organised painting a Banner for the Sustainable Living Centre Takaka (see photos) Which can be used every Year as a back drop / decoration for future Celebrations. Paint, Brushes, Banner were all supplied for free by GB Toolbox.
That was (my personnel appreciation for the meaning full work they do, e.g. showing young people (actually any age) how to grow healthy food. 🌱 Just as one example....
I will close GB Toolbox FB Page now. But it will continue to live through a new project called "It takes a Village" all Equipment will be held under this New & up coming Community & Volunteer Support Organisation and this time I will not carry it anymore forward by myself. I tried as much as I could to get GB Toolbox going but without a team it's not possible (as I sadly burned my self completely out, because I don't give up easy. Why being so stupid? I find it so difficult just to watch what's happening in the World (on so many levels) and I can also see it in this little Community. I belief we only can change ourself and do what we can do in our own Community to support.
GB Toolbox tried to create opportunity's where people can charge up again - through Dance, Art in all its diversity, Work shops from Life skills to anything needed. Through funds raised making them accessable for everyone. As at the time nothing was available long after Covid for people to recover and get support. e.g. the "Gap filler" (created by 2 people) after Chch. Earth quake were a great inspiration (and still are!) for GB Toolbox! Trying to uplift peoples Moral & Spirit.
Funding was through regular Dance Events and other Fundraisers to establish a diverse Equipment to use for the wider Community for Fundraising Events.

It only will flourish (to bring Fun, Joy, opportunities to learn new skills and increase connection if people will step up.
As a group of Volunteers we can "move mountains to support the Community. Especially if we use creative & lateral thinking.
May see you at "It takes a Village..." ( to raise a child & looking after each other) 😍
Thanks
"We" (Sadly it was never "We" as no one came on board to help, apart from some input of a view people, which was highly appreciated 🙏)
Everyone was to busy, exhausted or ..."someone can do it..." -Attitude.
We had several Workshops happening, especially for Kids. Often I forgot to post them on here, so you can't see all the Events which were happening at the time. But they were fun.. for the Kids and the Adults involved. 😆
Btw. I did ask the people I photographed if its ok to share, but if there is anyone on the photos not happy to be shared (only here no where else) please let me know and I will take it down.
I hardly took any photos of the things I organised in the past
4.5 Years because I wanted to protect peoples privacy.
Photos from Spring Fest 2024
and Spring 2023 I organised as a POP up with a friend, for people celebrating the first Day of Spring after a loooong Winter. 😅
Incl. The "Petal pathway through a Flower Arch" done with the Kindergarten, at the start of Spring (see earlier photos).
The aim of GB Toolbox Mohua was to bring people together in an affordable or free of charge way (but Community Sponsored), connecting people through play, movement, cooking, music and learning in an affordable way, either Free or by Donation or low charge depends on the Subject.
"It takes a Village" will take up the Vision of GB Toolbox and the Equipment and if there is no Support by the Community within 3 Months from the 1.January 2026 it will be cancelled. As I can't and don't want to carry it by myself. I hope you can get enthusiasm and join the New Movement. You can just be part of it and donate when ever suitable or be actively involved (with a minimum of 30 min per months.
Big Thank you everyone who joined this page. 😍🌱🤩🍀🌞
I let you know when there is a New Page with "It takes a Village".
Meanwhile Have a Wonderfull Happy New Year 🤩✨

Nearly forgot to mention...we donated $ 80.- in December to support a Community Project called "Mama Love"
Here is some info about this Community lead project:
Mumma Love Collective Meals makes healthy vegetarian meals and freezes them to give to people directly or via their natural connections. Typically Meals are given quietly to people who may be experiencing grief, illness or tough times or any kind without question. Meals are made by community members at communal cook ups which foster connections particularly with those with yhr lived experience of mental illness. Thank you for your wonderful gift which will buy more reusable containers for the next cook up. Michelle Cole volunteer.
