Super proud of our team to say that we are now a Cat-2 TOTIKA accredited business.

What makes us most proud is that this wasn’t achieved by paying 3rd party to do it, by forging information, by rewriting the entire years H&S systems and information to produce in our assessment.

This was assessed against systems & processes we already had in place, we’re already operating under and continue to do so everyday with or without the certificate to prove it.

With this and our Amotai badge which we are super proud to display, we have opened new doors into becoming a MC in the public space and will continue to build our team, plant & capabilities into a real force to be reckoned with.

Big thanks to , & our whole team in the trenches for making this happen for our business! 🙏

One of the latest jobs on - carpark rehab in Mt Eden for a high-end window company looking to tidy up their old and battered carpark.

An easy 35mm mill and fill does the trick after fixing some failed patches amongst it. Few manhole adjustments, soft spots sorted out and 40ton of the black stuff rolled in over the top 😎

Client is overly happy, all completed within a weekend to ensure they can reopen Monday business as usual.

Always a massive thank-you to our team for digging in to get this one sorted in a funny timeframe, for their A+ crew and flawless supply of mix and for working with us to get this done in a tight window.

Client in Puni in the process of subdividing a lot off for his children ran into trouble at the final stages by having to do a full rebuild of their vehicle crossing to Waikato DC specs. The council spec was going to be expensive to replicate on this site due to the proximity to a large overland flow path.

We made contact through x2 referalls and liased with WDC’s Development Engineer to get some leniency on the specs and build it to the max extremities we can without the client having to seek further consents and permits.

The Engineered agreed and allowed us to build this 120m2 Grade 3/5 sealed crossing with CL4 300dia culverts and a wingwall to match, the rip-rap was our idea to prevent scouring in heavy rain events as the water wraps around the corner.

Multiple parking bays had to also be created and sealed along the driveway due to it being now classed as a ROW.

Delivered fixed price, with no surprises and passed the first time, no comebacks.

Call us if you don’t know where to start 😎

Vehicle crossing sorted for a small development out in Waiuku. We often solve this problem for developers where as soon as they get outside the boundary it turns into a red tape nightmare getting the final piece of the puzzle done.

As soon as the bucket crosses the boundary you’re up for traffic management, CAR Permits, Close Approach Permits and all the above.

Don’t muck around, just call us to take it off your hands, delivered fixed price, to spec, easy does it.

Here’s one from a few months back, got a call from Steve at Gellert Nurseries about a pesky wee pothole in the driveway of his massive nursery operation in Karaka.

Our suspicions were true unearthing some ancient old light duty culverts and not a huge amount of cover over them for the operation they’re running there. We removed the old culverts, sending them to for recycling, managed to find the best matching Class 4 pipe we could and laid them to an inevitable butt joint and concrete collar out of the wheel path to avoid us having to touch the kerbing.

Reinstated back to the top with ATAP40, compacted tight, CAT60 tack & blind and 50mm of handlaid DG10.

Shout-out to the lads cause it come up mint! Completed a spot check the other day 6 months later and not a crack or sign of moment 👏

80m2 yard slab waaay across town in Henderson recently for the team at Fleetline Canopies. We love seeing the inside of a great successful Kiwi business’ like this in our travels that employ mass amounts of great local people. But what an operation!! All makes and models of brand new utes lined up getting service body fitouts a dozen or so at a time for a range of customers. Besides that, this was just a case of nasty old backfill poking its way back up through the base & hotmix. With the odd forklift over it we opted for a good hardfill layer and NLC medium duty yard slab spec, 25/19 standard, 665 reinforced. Laid in-house by our team 🙏

One of our major clients come to us wanted a fixed-price, to spec install for 21m of industrial spec channel drain for their new asphalt plant in South Auckland. With a price to them within 48hrs, we completed this job recently under tight timelines and amongst nasty weather. Dealing with 50mpa concrete is never easy but the boys got this CTB pavement broken out, prepped, installed and finished within 48hrs, ready for trucks to hammer it the coming week 🤜 awesome to have a great team behind us who gets it done 👌

Another client in Karaka looking for a quality, cost-effective driveway solution. Battling with potholes, a steep section and constant washouts they contacted us looking for a solution to their problems in a way that wasn’t going to cost them moonbeans for quite a big area. 700m2 of water-tabling, reprepping with ATAP40 and rolling in solid, we bought in our subcontractors Higgins Contractors to install a 2 coat, Grade 4/6 hot bitumen chipseal to our prepared surface and their driveway is smooth, low-maintenance and sealed for trouble-free years to come. Sing out if you need a outfit to take care of your long rural driveways, crossings and general roading works, this job is many across Rural Franklin that we have sealed and have taken the worry away from the owners for years to come. Contact us if you need anything along these lines.

Client was looking to complete the final step of their beautiful home in Karaka, their driveway! With kerbs already in, and a good firm base to work off we adjusted the heights and falls to leave a 40mm rebate on the kerblines, prepped it up and rolled her tight. Followed by a tack + blind & 35mm of machine-laid DG7 Asphalt to bring it up like a mirror. As always, thanks to our client, our awesome team and our subcontractors 👏
