After upgrading the heating and hot water system on this inner city hotel the remaining 5 year old boiler failed due to magnetite blocking and damaging it. The 170kw boiler was running at half its designed efficiency and struggling to heat the domestic hot water. The new 110 kw Baxi is more than keeping up with demand.
