A huge congratulations to Rob Mackley on turning his long-time dream of a flying Lockheed Electra 10A, (currently one of only two L10’s known to be airworthy in the world) into reality!
Having patiently sat waiting in the hangar for the past few years, ZK-AFD took to the air for the first time since the 1970’s, with Ryan Southam at the controls. The aircraft has already clocked up around 3 hours of the test flying schedule.
