This is the Sitecare Taupo build — a complete turnkey project delivered by our Central Plateau team, from initial consultation right through to handover.
When Sitecare needed a purpose-built home for their operations, we handled every stage: design, engineering, fabrication, and construction. One team, one process, no costly gaps between trades.

The result? A 776m² facility built using our Bracketless Portal System — delivering clear, unobstructed internal space and a 50-year design life.

Underneath this future parking lot at Taupo Toyota is some seriously smart engineering! 🚘👇

We’ve bypassed traditional gravel soak pits and installed the RainSmart Modular System from GPIL.
By using these high-strength, lightweight plastic matrix crates instead of aggregate, we get:

✅ Engineered reinforcement designed specifically for heavy vehicle travel and parking.
✅ Over 95% water storage void space (compared to just 30–40% with gravel!).
✅ Less excavation, faster install times, and a smaller overall footprint.
