Handing the keys to Jan and Ray today was so rewarding! This couple have built 6 times over the years with various builders and they mentioned this was the most stress free process they have been through, this is thanks to our amazing team, suppliers and subbies, we couldn't get these results without all of your amazing skills. Thank you!

KNOCK DOWN & REBUILD

My clients have decided it was time to knock down their ageing home that required alot of maintenance.
They also wanted to capitalize on the size of their land and have decided to build a main home for themselves and also build Triplex units for additional income.

First day back from leave and it's great to see the progress while I've been away.

Awesome to have two sites cut today, boxing for foundation will be underway shortly.
We have two awesome families moving into the area who have entrusted me on their bulld journey to date.

I'm super excited to see these homes come to life!

Progress Update...

This stunning build is coming along quickly, insulation will be in soon and then internal linings will be complete.

The bricks are laid to half height, they look awesome and will look even better once complete.

This build is currently the talk of Omokoroa and has a massive presence in the area.

Handover Day!

I'm so grateful to Charlotte and Karl for choosing myself and GJ Gardner Tauranga North to build their first home!
I thanked them for entrusting me and our team to look after them through their build journey, Charlotte's response was.. "It was a no-brainer Jase!"
