SIP new build underway in Mount Maunganui.

The boys are making solid progress on this one and it’s good to see the structure coming together quickly and accurately on site.

A few reasons we like building with SIP panels:

Framing walls, electrical and plumbing all happening on site. Renovating a downstairs basement turning it into an aesthetically pleasing, liveable space. Concrete block getting poured sills for the new joinery. Weather tightness detailing is non negotiable.
