In our final stages of the Fraser street townhouses. Just the decks left to be finished for our contract. Then it’s just the last little bits for the subs to finish off. We also start our new build on kulim ave this week and also our next lot of 10 units after Easter. So we are some very busy boys for the rest of the year.

How cool is a secret room. A second lounge has now been turned into a new bedroom with the help a new secret door supplied by . Then new wall paneling from . We carefully calculated the correct sizing to get the doors made to make sure all the edges line up with the negatives of panels to create a true hidden door.

Bit of a sneak peak of what cool finishing materials we’re putting in the new build. Concrete form work looking tiles with a floating ironbark mantle, same wood as the structural beam in the ceiling. Then some awesome reclaimed blackbutt t&g flooring for upstairs. All work done by us. “We do it all”
