Xander and his team have put a huge effort in bringing this home to the cladding stage! The curly’s we have found since opening the building up and then meeting current building act requirements has seen its challenges but nothing Juno Projects can’t handle!
JSC Taiga timber cladding and tin cladding have commenced along with respraying some of the existing joinery. The clients expectations have been well and truely met! Well done team 👌

Rain 🌧️ 1, builders 🔨 0 (for now…)

With this wild weather hanging around, our crew have retreated indoors and keeping busy with inside jobs — turns out builders aren’t huge fans of rain 😂😅😏

In all seriousness though, we hope everyone is staying safe, dry, and taking it easy out there. We’ll be back into it properly once the weather clears.

“Our reclad is taking shape in Welcome Bay! 🔨🏡

We’ve been lucky with the weather so far, but today it was time to batten down the hatches. With most of the rot remediation complete, previous non-compliant work sorted, and a few upgrades along the way, this home is well on its way to a new life.

Next step is wrapping the house on Tuesday with the FPS Weatherization System, keeping everything dry and protected while the new cladding goes on.

This is always one of the best stages of a reclad — when the real transformation is about to begin.”
