We’re working with one of our trusted and reputable subcontractors Mclelland Contracting Limited and he’s getting stuck in with the earthworks 👌

Our clients have decided to improve their outdoor living experience with the following…

• New T&G Retaining wall to flatten out the land and create a more inviting backyard 🌳

• New timber feature balustrade and kwila deck 🪵

• New large staircase from the deck to the lower level of the property 🛠️

•New carport 🚗

• New fences to match feature balustrade

• Dog proof gates to match feature balustrade 🐕

Exciting times ahead with a cool project for Mount Maunganui Intermediate School.

We’re stoked to get out of the ground with this 32 sqaure metre outdoor stage with a stack bond block wall behind the main performing platform.

Concrete has been poured and our team and the school are super excited to see the final product😉

One of our last projects of the year. 18 square metre pine deck with roof framing for 5 rib polycarbonate roofing.

In the new year the roofing will be getting layed, flashings installed, a wind screen built and spouting/downpipe installed.

We’re ready for a much needed break but eager to get back into another busy year with some exciting projects lined up.

Another recently finished fence on a whangamata property 🌊

From an old, falling apart corrugated iron fence with a cracked mowing strip, to a new 1.4m high, 24 metre long pailing fence with top capping.

Headed back to whangamata for a couple of weeks prior to our Christmas shutdown period before getting into another big year… 🎄 🎅

After a big few weeks, the DML Projects team took a well deserved day off the tools for a tour of the Red Stag Timber 🪵 mill in Rotorua and Ross Bros Museum in Cambridge.

A great insight to where the timber materials and recently introduced systems that are paving the way of the NZ Construction Industry are mass produced.

A pine deck we’ve recently finished giving a new life. Working with an existing frame to keep costs to a minimum for this rental property. Planter boxes made out of offcut timber as a nice touch 💯
