Hey, we’re currently on the hunt for a full time qualified builder to join our team starting from Jan 2025 onwards.

A small crew of 2 guys currently, specialising in renovations. The standard of work needs to be very high at all times, we focus on taking our time to get everything right, keeping the site clean, organised and being extremely efficient. The right candidate will need to be able to adhere to these standards at all times to be successful in this role, enjoy the work environment and be able to get along well with clients who are living in the home as projects take place.

Hours of work are 8-4pm Monday to Friday only

A few small projects we’ve finished recently including some finishing work on a recent kitchen renovation, a custom laundry unit and another small kitchen reno.

If you’re looking at utilising space in a tight space, the laundry units are a great option. Nice and compact, and user friendly having the drawers/stleage built in.

Some photos of a laundry reno we finished recently, all designed in house, the pull out shelf units were completely custom made and strengthened up with 4mm steel box section to support the weight of the washer and dryer.

Quite a quick turnaround on things like this,
all over in a couple of days so not as costly as you would think. If your interested about getting something similar done and wanting a quote then get in touch!

We are hiring!

Looking to take on a new team member starting in a couple of weeks. We are wanting an experienced apprentice (2nd or 3rd year) or qualified builder. We do alot of renovations/alterations, joinery upgrades and re-clads amongst all other projects.

*Contract only
*30-35 hours per week but flexible for more or less if preferred
*MUST be super accurate in your work, and be able to take your time to finish things to a high standard. (this is very important for the applicant)
*Work is all based in central tauranga
* Must be able to work unsupervised on the odd occasion, but will mostly be working together.

Few pics of A small job we did this week in Arataki replacing a bit of rotten timber weatherboard. The cladding had started to rot in about 20-30 areas over the years so decided to just strip it right back and start fresh!
