We were lucky enough to complete the Tauranga Crossing Stage 3 Carpark. In 5 days we lay 1,000 tonnes of asphalt across carparks, service lanes and load-out areas. Big thanks to Precision Civil Engineering Contractors - Bay Of Plenty and our incredible team for making this happen. Another project done safely and efficiently!

👤 First up, we have our trailblazer, Eruera Tuhakaraina! As the CEO and Iwi Liaison of Whāia Charitable Trust, Eru not only brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge about business, he also has an unwavering dedication for our mission and creating economic tino rangatiratanga for the Tāngata Whenua of Tauranga Moana.

👥 Next, we have our Operations Maestro, Tia Sweet! Behind every detailed plan, elaborate framework, intricate process, comprehensive report, you'll find Tia. He kanohi hōmiromiro, with a keen eye for detail, Tia drives our strategy and ensures we deliver A+ services to all of Whaia’s stakeholders including Pakihi Māori, government agencies and wider hapori.

🤝 And finally, we have our Industry Engagement Lead, Hinemihiata Sproat! Hinemihiata is the bridge between Whāia and our Pakihi Māori. She focuses on building relationships, understanding the needs of our Pakihi and keeps us on the cutting edge of our field. She is also pretty wicked at drawing on her mātauranga Māori to reimagine mainstream concepts into whakaaro Māori.
