Construction, Pump and Lay on this light commercial site in Tauranga’s CBD.

The OTWC team are certainly getting their fair share of laying at height lately with Tauranga’s new consenting of high rise construction becoming more and more common.

This project is already been handed over but the team are currently constructing, pumping and laying back to back pours 5 stories high in Mount Maunganui. These kind of pours bring many additional challenges with them - of which OTWC management are well equipped for. Get in touch for a price if you have a multi story development in the pipeline.

——> 2025 EOY OTWC Shirts have arrived 👏

Each year we celebrate our journey in business with a themed T-Shirt of either our most challenging project, largest project, or something we are really proud of.

This year the theme was competition with the whakatauki “He toka tū moana arā he toa rongonui,” running through the epic artwork by Logan - the words describe those who are steadfast, resilient, and strong. Being able to withstand challenges and opposition, just like a rock that endures the constant pounding of the surf. The phrase emphasizes inner strength and durability against any force that comes their way and can be interpreted on a company level and individually as our staff stay resilient and committed to us as a company, through all the things that this tough year has thrown at them.
