Hi Followers! We have been a bit quiet on social media recently, but definitely not out on our sites and i am sure you will have driven past some of our sites too. Lots of builds completed and started. Pictured is a newly started re-clad in Bethlehem looking extra sharp with our new upgraded site signage. Checkout the rain cloud above, so glad we have it wrapped! Working away all day long rain, hail or shine, getting the job done!

Another renovation well underway in Mount Maunganui. The team onsite have got stuck into demolition and the scaffolding team are about to wrap in the next couple of days.

For our clients living in semi-rural Te Puna on an idyllic, lifestyle sized property, the addition of a significant extension has substantially increased the original footprint to transform and create an expansive single level family home. With an exterior now rendered in the classic combination of crisp white weatherboards against a black long-run roof, black joinery and black painted brickwork, the new addition blends seamlessly with the existing building.
Extensive glazing is a feature with tall crittall-style doors opening from the elegant front entrance hall lined with white painted brick, to a light filled home designed for ease of entertaining. A sleek stylish kitchen and scullery, fabulous wide window seat perfect for relaxing in the sun, and spacious living flow effortlessly to covered sky-lit outdoor dining and an in-ground pool re-designed courtesy of Hamish Lane Landscapes. Blonde timber flooring creates continuity, with the original home now repurposed to house three generously proportioned bedrooms; glamourous tiled bathrooms, powder room and laundry; a media room and a luxuriously appointed master suite. Even the free standing shed has been given a makeover with a customised workspace and upgraded exterior finished to match the main house.
