Weasley wall replacement in. Final underfloor fixings done with just the underfloor insulation to go. Photos do not do this justice. The space is MASSIVE.

We're beginning to doubt the old 'they don't build em like they used to' saying 😬😬😬
And the 'she's got good bones'..that also isn't applicable 🤣..thankfully they're being rectified as we find them..she'll feel a lot better once we've dismantled and put her back together ❤️

We've been busy on site at the Rangitanuku Project but most of the progress has been underground lately. Craig has been scuttling around on his stomach digging holes with his wee shovels and trowel. The soil was removed and then wheelbarrowed out the back into a paddock.
Today we replaced the removed soil with 5 cubic metres of concrete.
The concrete pump husband and wife team were amazing and I'd recommend them. I'll add their business name later when I can remember what it was. The shiny new concrete truck and driver were also great.
Definitely a landmark stage and Craig is pleased to have it done.

For a fair bit of the last year we've been juggling family and work and yes our page has fallen to the wayside as things do.
In February we lost a treasured family member when Craigs Dad, Gordon aka Blossom, passed away.
Craig spent a few days processing and hand making his father's urn. He wanted it to be perfect and so it was ❤️. Reclaimed Rimu that was dove tailed (even the bottom) into a perfect cube with an opening lid..photos do not do it justice. Craig doesn't think it's perfect but he's his own worst critic. I think he did a fantastic job 👌❤️

It's things like this that make the day fun..being married and working together can be challenging at times but if you can laugh together often then that counts as a win right?
Also..he'd say he's still got the magic..I'd say it's more a case of oh lawd please don't 🤣😳🤣❤️
