This compact, turn-key system provides a complete honey processing solution, including:

🔥 Adjustable flash heat treatment from 50–75°C
🔹 Fine filtration down to 200 micron
❄️ Rapid cool
🫙 Ready for filling straight into jars

Designed as a mobile, packaged solution, this system gives honey processors the flexibility to efficiently heat, filter and cool honey in one integrated process.

This 8.5T custom Blending Tank with warm water system installed in Sydney, NSW,
This will allow our client to produce fast, consistent, and homogeneous batches prior to filling, helping improve efficiency and maintain product quality throughout production.

Another successful installation completed by the CrystechNZ team last week!

This 10T Crystallization Tank is now installed, commissioned, and ready to go. It was a great challenge removing the old tank and carefully manoeuvring the new one into place, but the result was well worth it.

A big thank you to our client for their support throughout the project, and a huge shout-out to the team for another professional installation completed safely and efficiently.

On to the next one! 💪
