Had a cunning plan to build the roof framing in the workshop so we had a headstart when we ripped the roof off. Just as well as we've had plenty of rain ☔ since we opened up for the upper floor addition. Finally ready for roof shout.

Half the sarking fitted, sparky can install the l.e.d strip lighting at the ridge and then start fitting the sarking on the other face, big ups to Mathew, Nic and Georgia for taking on this difficult job.

Ceiling battens fitted, now time for the kauri sarking. Will have it slapped up in no time.

There are some crazy curves going on in this roof, been a bit of a mish to get it to this stage. Hope the roofing crew can handle it.

Starting to see some progress, the string line , chalkline and straight edge don't get much use on this job.

Got the trusses in place ,, it will be an interesting challenge to bend the purlins around this radius!
