Every factory upgrade is made up of hundreds of components, each one playing a critical role in the finished result.

This 200NB Schedule 10 stainless steel spool piece is one small part of a larger upgrade currently moving through our workshop. Fabricated and welded by our team, it's another piece of the puzzle that will help improve reliability and performance for our client.

This unit came through the workshop for some custom fabrication after Elite Transport Refinishers and ABC coatings did there part,

This included
✅ New chequer plate chassis flooring
✅ Custom fabricated and certified counterweight
✅ Bespoke fuel tank/toolbox assembly

Built by our team right here in Timaru.

Before the first cut is made or the first weld is struck, there's quoting, planning, material procurement, scheduling, and quality control already underway.

Now that the groundwork is done, it's time for the team to turn the drawings into reality. 🔧
