This vertical oil pump had coupling wear that kept coming back. Turned out misalignment was the real culprit.

Even a small offset puts uneven load through the coupling and bearings, and it only gets worse over time. Got it sorted with precision laser alignment, unit's running true again.

Not a flashy job, but it's the kind that keeps plant running.
