It has been a while since I’ve been back to my old stomping ground at Waituna Creek School, but this time instead of spending my day in the sandpit, I spent it installing a new heat pump to one of the classrooms.

It was a real privilege to carry out work as a qualified refrigeration engineer and electrician at my old primary school, and it brought back a lot of very happy memories.

We have been a bit quiet online as we have been flat out with jobs recently.
The support we are receiving from all over South Canterbury has been incredible. We are so grateful for each and every one of our clients!

One of our recent jobs was a heat pump install at a local property to keep the residents warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

One of the jobs ticked off this week was replacing the faulty compressor on a Mahana Blue unit.
Compressors are one of those things that occasionally need replaced but maintenance is always the best preventative to ensure your unit is running at its best.

One of the jobs that Laurence tackled this week was a sidewall cooling fault on a dairy shed which was picked up on an earlier service check.
This is a great example of why regular servicing of your equipment is essential to ensure efficient running of your system.
