For the remainder of 2017, my charge out rate will only be $50 per hour. Much cheaper than most businesses will charge in the likes of Auckland, Hamilton etc.

My name is Andrew, and I am a Civil Design Draughtsman.

I have been drafting for in excess of 15 years, working within the Civil Engineering field. This includes working on subdivisions, roading, three waters, etc.

My design package of choice is AutoCAD Civil 3D, but I have also used 12d in the past.

I am currently running my own business as a contract design draughtsman in New Zealand and Australia.
I live in NZ, but have spent a few years living and working in Australia, so am happy to do work for Australian firms.

I am based in the north island (in Tokoroa). Tokoroa is in a central location, only 2.5 hours from Auckland, 1 hour from Hamilton and Tauranga, and 45 minutes from Rotorua and Taupo.

What can I offer your business?

As mentioned, over 15 years in Civil Drafting, with approx 5 of those in design as well.

Project Management (upper north island).

Construction Set Out (upper north island).

In terms of qualifications, I have my Diploma in Quantity Surveying, and am nearly 3/4 of the way through my NZ Diploma in Engineering (Civil).
I have spent the last few years working in Project Management, within the roading industry.

My heart is in subdivisions, which is something that I dearly love to design and project manage.
