Cole and Bridget’s kitchen and two bathrooms renovation.

With the small spaces to play with the end result is very efficient. We downscaled the linen cupboard to allow for an additional toilet and lengthened the bathroom also taking out a wall to increase the size of the other bathroom.
The kitchen was very dated and small but now the new layout should work much better and has the extra bench space and a breakfast bar.

We are chuffed with how this one turned out. Next to be done is an oil on the cedar, gutters to be installed and .phase.electrical to add the lighting.

A Small but much more practical change for the latest job completed.

Removal of the existing pergola and extension of the lean to.
Cladded with Cedar sarking, skylight jambs, facia and barges, and incased the posts and beams with cedar too

Have been a bit absent on social media as we have been flat out IRL but this was our finished product before the pergola was painted, fixings and clear lite installed. (A month ago)

We cut the old shed back in line with the existing house and added a hidden door on the back side which the owners were chuffed with.

We will post more pictures once the roofing goes up.

Finally got to finish the Barn in Kaukapakapa with all this terrible “summer” weather.

Cladding- Colour steel 5rib and the colour- grey friars

Spouting- 125mm box gutter

Roll a Door- Garador series 1 manual

2 PA doors and 2 1500x1000 windows

The owners were really happy with the end result and the shed is still standing after the abuse it’s been given over the last couple of weeks.
